Philly Night Guide product returns, refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to Hangover Strips and Libido Support Strips purchased from Philly Night Guide at phillynightguide.com and through our Shopify checkout.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for these consumable supplements, including unopened products, except where required by law. This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email admin@phillynightguide.com promptly and within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging where available. Do not use a product with a broken seal or suspected defect. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an approved claim at no additional cost to you. Do not return anything until we provide instructions.

Missing or lost packages

If tracking appears delayed or your order has not arrived, contact us promptly and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier and explain the replacement or refund available for a confirmed lost shipment. A delivered tracking scan will be investigated with you; it does not automatically resolve a missing-package report.

Cancellation and address changes

Email us immediately with your order number. We will attempt to cancel or correct the order before preparation begins, but changes are not guaranteed. An order already prepared or dispatched may not be cancellable. We will confirm whether your request could be completed. Refunds for accepted cancellations will be returned to the original payment method.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed deliveries

If the address supplied at checkout is incorrect or a package is unclaimed, reshipping costs may apply. We will explain the options and obtain your agreement before any additional charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund amount, including any applicable shipping refund. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. Contact us if a confirmed refund has not arrived.
