Philly Night Guide product shipping policy

This policy applies to Hangover Strips and Libido Support Strips purchased from Philly Night Guide at phillynightguide.com and through our Shopify checkout.

Delivery area and charges

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment and depend on order weight and destination. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown separately.

Processing and delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 3–9 business days after your order is accepted for fulfillment: usually 1–5 business days for preparation, followed by typically 2–4 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Product availability, order holds, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. Tracking becomes available after shipment. If an order is delayed, contact us for an update; we will explain available options when a delay affects fulfillment, including cancellation or refund where required by law.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before paying. Contact us immediately to request a correction or cancellation. Changes are not guaranteed once preparation has begun. If an incorrect address supplied at checkout or an unclaimed package requires reshipping, additional shipping costs may apply; we will confirm any additional charge with you first.

For damaged, incorrect, missing, or lost items, contact us promptly with your order number and details. See our Return and refund policy for the claim process. Do not send products back without return instructions.
