Philly Night Guide product purchase terms

These terms apply to Hangover Strips and Libido Support Strips sold by Philly Night Guide through phillynightguide.com and our Shopify checkout. They do not govern venue or event promotion services.

Product and pricing

Each product includes one tin of 30 individually wrapped oral strips: mango-orange for Hangover Strips, or chocolate for Libido Support Strips. Libido Support Strips contains shellfish (oyster peptide). Prices are in U.S. dollars; the current product price, quantity, shipping charge and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Product photographs may include supplier packaging mockups; refer to the product description for what one purchase includes.

Ordering and availability

Purchases are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled order. No orders can be placed while the product is marked Coming soon.

Product use

Follow the label on the delivered product, including directions, maximum daily serving and warnings. These products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. We do not promise that Hangover Strips prevents, treats or cures hangovers, and it is not a substitute for responsible alcohol consumption or medical advice.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains delivery areas, charges and estimated timing. Our Return and refund policy explains cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect items, lost shipments and refunds. Please contact us before returning any product.

Checkout and privacy

Shopify provides our product checkout. Order and delivery information needed to fulfill your purchase is shared with our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers. See our Privacy policy for information about personal data.
